Terms and Conditions for Beauty Membership

Membership Benefits

As a member, you are entitled to a 50% discount on treatments when booked at least 3 months apart. This discount cannot be applied to treatments scheduled less than 3 months from your previous discounted treatment.

Subscription and Payments

• Membership fee: $49.95 per week or $120 per month

• Payments will be automatically debited from your nominated bank account or credit card on the same day each week or month, depending on your chosen payment frequency

• A minimum commitment of 12 months (52 weeks) is required

Membership Terms

1. Membership is non-transferable and for personal use only.

2. Skin Science in Aesthetics reserves the right to change or terminate the membership program at any time with a minimum of one month’s notice.

3. All treatments must be paid for upfront before the commencement of any service while on the membership.

4. Membership may be put on hold for a maximum of one month with prior written consent, allowing 14 days notice.

5. If you wish to cancel your membership prior to the minimum 12-month term, 30 days written notice is required. Any unused benefits will be forfeited.

6. After the minimum term, cancellation requires 30 days written notice. Any unused benefits will be eligible for use within one month of the cancellation date.

Privacy and Data Protection

1. We collect and process your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

2. Your personal information may be used for membership administration, service improvements, and marketing communications related to our services.

3. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

4. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Please contact our member concierge for any privacy-related inquiries.

Liability and Disclaimers

1. Skin Science in Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse any treatment that may cause damage to skin or hair, or result in an adverse reaction, with an explanation provided.

2. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

3. All warranties and representations are limited to those expressly stated in these terms and conditions.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Skin Science in Aesthetics reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, subject to developments in skin science and aesthetics. We will provide notice of any significant changes to members via email or through our website.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this membership agreement shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to mediation or arbitration as per applicable laws.

By purchasing a membership and signing up for this membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with the membership application
