Skin Science in Aesthetics provides cosmetic and medically approved treatment and services, These services are done by our team who are professional, qualified specialists overseen by the head practitioner, Stacey Hampton Registered Nurse NMW0002929340. The specific details of the treatments and services we provide can be found on our website or consent forms, or, communicated directly to you during consultation.

2. Consultation

Before you can receive any treatment or service by Skin Science in Aesthetics you will have a consultation with one of the registered therapists, Cosmetic Nurses or a skin specialist. During this time, the professional will assess your needs, desires and determine a holistic and individualised plan of treatment for you. During this time, you must provide accurate answers to questions about your health, medications or medical history to receive an accurate plan. This not only protects you and ensures your results are successful and safe, but also your future health.

3. Treatment Process

Following your consultation, and if it is determined that you are a suitable candidate for treatment and services we provide, Skin Science in Aesthetics therapists will proceed with the agreed-upon procedure. We endeavour to use professional judgment and expertise to provide you with the best possible outcome. However, please note that individual results may vary. All patients must be over 18 years old.

4. Risks and Side Effects

All treatments and services carry risks and potential side effects. Skin Science in Aesthetics put your safety and well-being at the forefront. The therapist will inform you of the potential risks and side effects associated with each treatment, these will also be provided on consent forms and aftercare. It is essential to carefully consider this information before proceeding with any procedure.

5. Payment and Refunds

Consultations are free of charge. If you choose to add a service onto your consultation, a deposit of $50.00 is required at booking. If you fail to attend your appointment outside the 24-hour notice, the deposit will not be refunded or used for future services. Payment for the treatments and services provided by Skin Science in Aesthetics is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise specified. We accept various forms of payment, as outlined on our website or discussed during the consultation. Refunds are subject to our 24-hour policy, or in certain circumstances as agreed between Skin Science in Aesthetics, a refund may be given at the discretion of the clinic.

6. Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24-hours notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee, or, your deposit not being returned. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

Skin Science in Aesthetics upholds the most privacy and confidentially of our clients and patients, as well as our staff. In return, we ask you to also adhere to our privacy and confidentially. This means unauthorised videoing or photography of services without the knowledge of Skin Science in Aesthetics. We will always ask permission to take photos or videos prior to doing so and in return we ask the same. Skin Science in Aesthetics values your privacy and confidentiality. We will handle your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
